The name 4014 comes from the "Forty Storms" baseball team, No. 14.

Story

He lost his father in a full house group riot, and his mother was also shot paralyzing his lower half. Since then, Walrium has been traumatized by the incident.

Since then, he has lived with the help of his father's colleague, J.Scott Leiss, and a few years later, he began vigilante activities with the help of anarchist Malkers Staice to wipe out the robbers by storming the Spade hideout.

But the robbers also had a family, and Walrium realizes that he killed the robber's family just like a robber, and in that shock he stops working on the vigilante.

Walrium raided the Spades hideout and killed people, resulting in a new trauma, but then a Ayzer appeared to tell them the positive aspects of the world, and Walrium recovered his mind from the trauma.

But Walrium was unable to sit on the sidelines so that the crime rate would rise so that something as unfortunate as himself would not happen again, so he became a non-killing vigilante named "4014" again to stop criminals.


Equipment

4014 Bat : A baseball bat-shaped weapon most commonly used by 4014, a foldable bat that returns when thrown.

W-1 Revolver : Worthy Company's first gun, Once a weapon that Henry George used to protect against burglaries, it is now in possession of 4014, and with his modifications, the revolver has been modified to fire as a non-lethal bullet that shocks the enemy, and can even fire an additional flashbang.

glove shield : It is a shield that blocks bullets, folding type, and deployable on the top of the shield, which is often used to support revolvers of 4014.

Sticky booster : Henry George's invention developed for rescue purposes, used to push out heavy barricade.

Explosive baseball : It's modified version of Sticky boosters, and it's a shock bomb used to disturb gathered enemies.

4012 Bat : It is an electric shock bat that emits very large electricity with a bat that is improvised in Crow Wars.

4002 Armor : This is an improvised bulletproof armor that appeared in Crow Wars.
