His own Sniper Rifle fires a red laser and has a unique rifle that bends in different directions when the laser hits a steel wall. 
He is a villain who has great ambition and can give up anything for his own ends.

Red dot Theme

Story

He has worked as a mercenary to invest in his projects in the past, and has also harmed Batpunkgirl's family in the process.

Red Dot is one of the perpetrators of the internal division of Full House. He planned a full house internal division to remove Arkin and Jennifer, who were hiding in the full house base, and carefully approached the Heart Leader, who was dissatisfied with his present life, and provided him with a weapon,

Red Dot convinced the Heart leader that he could make a better life, leading to internal divisions within the full house.

His sniper rifle ammunition is a fragment of a red meteorite from outer space that is not available on Earth.

A few years after this, he was waiting on the rooftop to kill a politician named "Brian," but then he met 4014 and fought each other, and Red Dot overpowered 4014 and succeeded in killing Brian.

Red dot's identity

His identity is J.Scott leiss.

In the RedLine episode, his identity is revealed, and the person he was dealing with is briefly panicked by the fact that it was Walrium, not the LQS soldiers who were interrupting him, but because he had to keep his plans going, he manages to pull himself together and kill the target to kill.
