[Background Story]
Lian, who has a steel fist, is a queen of spades, and her husband, Raul is a king of spades.
They were originally a group that helped the needy, but Raul joined hands with Hart Hutch during the Full House riots, and the Spades group turned into a gang.
It traumatized many people in the process and is one of the reasons
why LQS designated Full House as a criminal group.
Later, the Full House collapsed and the Spades group created their own hideout,
but it collapsed again due to a vigilante group.
